Otherwise, I'll be copy pasting what I wrote on my bluesky and linking the google drive with all my evidence. Unfortunately, this has been taking a huge toll on me mentally, affecting my work, and I have kept fairly silent on all platforms about this but I feel like I am being forced to play a game I don't want to play, otherwise I will be hunted and harassed. Well, didn't think I would have to make one of these ever but I don't really have a choice unless I want to continue to be slandered without evidence. I commissioned an artist who goes by the name Tempered (I am not hiding their artist name due to them failing to conceal mine to others) for a vtuber model artwork fully cut up and ready to rig. In the google drive there is a pdf of the report I made against them to the FAD server we share. Please read it alongside the videos labeled full chat first and then the rpreplay final file in order to get the full context of the situation. For further context, you can see that the layers were merged (lineart, color, highlight- no shadows) and I would have to cut up the art myself to actually use it.. The other two videos were taken today (3/9) from a public vc that had over a dozen users listening to the artist's side of the story with no visual context or evidence. Currently, there is no response from the server we share on their stance on this issue as the ticket has remained open and silent to this point. I don't want to be gossiped about anymore in a server where I haven't done anything but try to get a partial refund or some sort of accountability from them when I feel like the product I was given was not at all what I paid for. Thanks for letting me get my side out there. To clarify, this is not to be malicious they say so themselves in the recent videos that they plan to post about me on their social media to their followers so I don't get a chance to speak. I have not done or said anything slanderous to witch hunt Tempered. I was content to wait to see what the server would decide and then go from there. Also to anyone who says that I clearly edited the video, yeah I had to in order to not show their real name.
