Questions about commissions

Hello dear friends.
Well, using for the first time this journal feature haha.
As I am in a difficult economic situation I wanted to start making commissions and see if that brings me some relief. So I wanted to ask you about that.
How should I start, at what price you think I should sell, what things to keep in mind and any other information you can give me. If any of you do commissions or have experience buying and could give me some advice, I would appreciate it. If you would like to have a more in depth talk, please send me a note.

I havent done any commissions my self, i dont do them. = )
But i wihs you the best if you start doing them.... I use paypal when buying arts from others.
Maybe start with not so very high price?? I think more people can buy from you then?? I know some artist that are very expensive, and i cant afford to buy from them anymore sadly. : ( But if it not too high then maybe i can. = ) I would love to buy art from u in the future if i can. Well, maybe round 50 to 80 dollars?? To start with. If people as for more then 2 characters,
u could always say it will cost more?? Just an idea. =) And also depend on what they want for background.
And another good thing is that you can do the sketch first, and show the person who order from u, and if they like they can pay you and then you can start colour it?? =)
