Are some pictures blurred out, or is it not showing any pictures other than General rated?

I need to acess the post then click once on it for it to show

That means you have a keyword blocked. Keywords are listed to the right of the image (or under it on mobile).
Each keyword is in a gray box with an orange [+] next to it.
If one of the keywords is in a red box with an orange [-] next to it, click the [-] to toggle the keyword.

Ah I found it! There was a setting hiding posts without any tags that was the issue. Thanks for showing me!
