📜 Terms and Conditions for Buyers 📜
For both your safety and mine, please read the following terms carefully before placing an order.
By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these conditions.
PRICE LIST:
+ Headshot / Badge / Icons 90$
+ Halfbody + background 150$
+ Fullbody fullart + background 250$ [Additional oc + 100$]
(Full render+shadow+colored lineart)
+ Custom desing (front view - flat colors, simple background) 150$
+ Reference sheet - price determined individually
+ Reference on a ready-made base + simple background 40-50$

General Rules
- NSFW artwork is strictly for adults (18+).
- NSFW artwork can only feature adult characters. Underage characters in explicit content are strictly prohibited.
- I reserve the right to refuse any commission if it goes against my values, artistic preferences, or personal comfort.
- Private commissions (not publicly posted) are available upon request and may include an additional fee.
- As a safety measure, I keep the art on my hard drive for a year on publication! After that time, the original full-size file with the best render will be deleted from my hard drive and will only be available in the version and size that is on the FA website or my other social media.
Rules for Private Commissions
Private commissions (i.e., artwork that will not be shared in my galleries or on social media) are available upon request and may incur an additional fee.
Why do private commissions have an extra fee?
Loss of Exposure and Marketing Opportunities
-Showcasing my work publicly helps attract new clients and build my portfolio.
A private commission prevents me from using the artwork for promotion, which is why an additional fee applies.
-Additional Organization and Secure Storage -
Private artwork must be specially labeled, archived separately, and handled with extra care.
Ensuring that the artwork remains confidential adds to the overall workload.
-Exclusive Rights for the Client-
The client gains full exclusivity over the artwork, meaning no one else will see or use it.
In the art industry, exclusivity often increases the price, as the artist forfeits all future use of the work.
-Content Restrictions and Portfolio Limitations-
Some private commissions may contain content that cannot be publicly displayed, which limits my portfolio growth.
-Not being able to showcase certain pieces can affect my visibility as an artist.
Private Commission Terms:
- A private commission must be requested and confirmed before I start working on it.
- A privacy fee of X% of the base price applies (the exact amount is determined individually).
- The client cannot later request the commission to be made public—once marked as private, it will remain confidential.
- Private commissions still follow all other terms in my commission policy (payment, revisions, copyright, etc.).
+ If you have any questions about private commissions, please reach out to me before placing your order.
Payment & Process
+ Payment method: PayPal only (prices in USD/EUR).
+ Full payment is required upfront before I start working on your commission.
+ Buyers have 48 hours to complete the payment after winning an auction or placing an order.
+ If the payment deadline rule is broken, I have every right to reopen YCH!
+ No refunds, so please purchase responsibly.
+ Payment plans are available for larger orders—please contact me in advance to discuss details.
+ I work on commissions one at a time, ensuring quality, so there is a queue.
+ Deadline: Artwork will be completed within 8 weeks at most, though usually much sooner.
+ If you fail to respond or provide necessary details for more than 14 days, I may cancel the commission without a refund.
+ If I am unable to complete your commission for any reason, I will issue a full or partial refund, depending on the progress made.
Revisions & Additional Fees
- Complex character designs (e.g., detailed armor, intricate tattoos, wings) may require an additional fee. If you're unsure, feel free to ask before ordering.
- Tattoos & Markings: If your character has detailed tattoos, they must be provided in a reference sheet or as a high-quality PNG file. If they cannot be applied directly, I will not draw them. If you insist on including them, an additional fee will be charged.
- Character References: If your character does not have a clear, unshaded reference, I may ask for color codes to ensure accuracy.
- YCH Commissions: I will only adjust small details to match your character. If you like my YCH base but need custom changes, let me know, and we can create something unique together!
Revisions:
- Small adjustments (e.g., color corrections) are free.
- Major changes after the sketch phase (such as pose or composition changes) may require an extra fee.
What I Do & Don’t Draw

I specialize in standard furry species, including:
Dogs, cats, lions, wolves, foxes, rabbits, horses, etc.
-NSFW and SFW drawings
-Anthro
❌ I do NOT draw:
- Pedophilia
- Necrophilia
- Zoophilia
- Rape / Non-consensual content
- Extreme BDSM
- Diapers / Scat / Farting / Vomiting
- Murder / Extreme violence
- Blood & gore
- Mysophilia
- Vore
- Inflation
- Extremely dangerous obesity
- Overly exaggerated anatomy (e.g., gigantic breasts/genitalia)
- Mecha / Androids
- Watersports

Copyright & Usage Rights
+ I retain full copyright to all artwork I create.
+ Personal commissions are for non-commercial use only (e.g., profile pictures, wallpapers, social media icons).
+ You must tag me as the art artist.
You may NOT:
- Modify or resell my artwork.
- Mint my artwork as an NFT or use it in AI training.
- Use the artwork for commercial purposes without purchasing commercial rights.
- If you wish to use my artwork for commercial purposes (e.g., merch, branding, monetized content), additional fees apply. Contact me for details.
