1. Considering
1.1. The recent ratification of the amendment of the Law on the Indonesian National Army, in which its draft has been written with a severe lack of transparency and respect to the Indonesian Reformation of 1998, which has shown itself as a threat to civil supremacy and a slippery slope to the New Order-era Dual Function (Dwifungsi) of the Indonesian National Army in the socio-political life of Indonesia.
1.2. The current trajectory of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, which is increasingly becoming dictatorial while being greatly inept in handling various fields including the economy.

2. Taking into account
2.1. The need to emphasize the strong disagreement with the amendment of the Law on the Indonesian National Army.
2.2. The need to show solidarity with almost all of the Indonesian people in rejecting the amendment of the Law on the Indonesian National Army.
