As for something I don’t think you have done? TF with robotization? With or without MC works either way~
As for robotization, I did a story that semi featured it https://www.furaffinity.net/view/56356987/, but it can't hurt to try out a full one...
As for series, that depends on what you feel you have enough knowledge of to write.
Good note about the mental corruption, though, it's what I enjoy writing best!

Kink wise, if I had a say, I would suggest transformative zippers and unsuiting/unmasking situations. Toon shenanigans could be something neat to try too. Alternatively, I would love to see more graffiti/art entrapment/transformation! You do them quite well, especially with the mental fuckery department.
Series wise, I particularly wanna see more of the "pokecaptured" series. The mental corruption, speech shenanigans, and slow transformations in those are really, really good. XXXEvelutions was a great series too, as a side note.

As for kink or story beat stuff:
Integration into a hive mind, or becoming the lead of a hive mind. If lead, likely to retain some small part of themselves atleast, but they now have so many memories they have a kind of personality shift.
One where their personality survives more, or they manage to resist the identity death, but are only partly there. Like they lose faculty, intelligence, but are still "them". They still need to come to grips with their dealt hand and such then, instead of just sinking into a blissful wipe.
I guess with this one I kinda just wish identity death wasn't so black or white all the time. I like the half measured ones a great deal too, but rarely see them.
Also, unsuiting only to realize the suits go down further, like a matryoshka doll or however it's spelled. Potentially with a blank layer at the base if there is a base at all.

For your story stuff too, you could have a zipper just appear on someone, and every once in a while another appears, each with a compulsion or something.
- Speech fuckery; Love when words are replaced with others, sentences automatically morphing into other sentences midway through, and so on, until gradually, eventually, a single word (or set of words) becomes either their most-said thing, or the entirety of their vocabulary. :3
^ Building on this: Mantras. Not fond of most barrel-bottom-basic "drone must obey...obey..." approaches. But the way you handle mantras, with variety and personality? I dunno, something about them in yours and similar contexts just vibes with me. A lot.
- Moderate slow-burn: "Strange Yoga" is a pretty good example that springs to mind. Not big on instant "Human goes *Poof!* Roll credits" TFs in writing, but also not big on the Main Event™ taking a full One Piece arc to kick off in full force, in any format. (I only have that kind of patience for One Piece itself, funnily enough!) But yeah, Strange Yoga strikes a solid balance, I feel. ^^
- Completely and escalatingly bizarre scenarios, often with no real point or lesson to be learned? Entirely trivial/mundane acts, gradually becoming the majority/entirety of one's focus in life? I LOVE that kind of stuff, and I'd love to read more of it, potentially.
Also I feel like you're aiming for a "theme opinion survey" kind of approach with this journal, rather than seeking full-on scenario pitches (and upfront, I'm unable to commission folks, so this'll be the extent of my lightly pushing for it), but I felt inspired enough to whip up an open-ended skeleton of an idea, for some kind of "Tasty Tale" based on the above.
You and/or anyone else can feel free to steal this idea in full, and add to/alter it to any extent, if interested. Full rights; no approval needed, or whatever. Go wild. ^^
A character turns into, for example, a Braixen. A very, VERY, IMPOSSIBLY long-tongued Braixen, maybe with a ditzy, bubbly, excitable personality, and an unbreakable love for licking everything in sight. Leaning more toward the literal sense of "everything." :P
The cause, and the fuel? Licking. The character, one afternoon, feels strangely and unexplainably compelled to start licking stuff. (Possibly sparked by, for example, the random "youtube cat video" style clip of someone's Braixen licking a window, that they watched a while back. Or from some other completely unknown/unknowable origin, who knows.)
The TV remote? Their car keys? Oooh, what about that door handle that their face, rather than their hand, is reaching for? N-no. That's...dumb. And HIGHLY out of character. And yet...
The urge can easily be resisted, at first. Over time though, the urge only gets stronger, resistance diminishing, until one fateful day, they find themself absentmindedly slurping across some random surface.
This simple act kicks off both the TF, and an odd feedback loop that's increasingly difficult to break out of:
- The more they lick, the more they turn into a Braixen, until they're eventually fully turned.
- The more they lick, the longer their tongue gets; the longer their tongue gets, the more tempted they are to lick stuff, and the easier it becomes to do so, intentionally or otherwise.
^ No known stopping point, potentially; Foot-long, arm-length, floor-length, room-length, hallway-length, building-length, and so on... Hell, the actual sky might not even be the limit. More licking potential = more added licking potential per full-tongue lick, which could scale up pretty quickly.
Maybe a mantra sneaks its way in somehow at some point, maybe something like "Lick, lick, lick! More licks will do the trick! And all I wanna do, is Lick! Lick! Lick!" Or maybe one doesn't. Dealer's choice.
While I don't know if I'll be able to write that right now, you can always try it out yourself! More Braixen TF is never something to complain about
