Since March 2023, I have been having a semi-retirement from work due to stress and psychological damage, and during the months and years so far, I have been getting all kinds of support by the Swedish Social Insurance Service and Swedish Public Employment Service.

What started off as a simple relaxing time to recuperate ended up instead going into them wanting to put me through tests and workplace practice to test how much I can tolerate to work, but then I ended up getting complications with my legs and overall health and that was put on the sideline.

Now after medical visits to determine how well I can work overall with tasks, the contact I have at the Swedish Social Insurance Service told me that I pretty much have to get back into work practice again and there is no way out of it, as me saying no to it means I lose all my monetary benefits from them.

I am literally stuck in this network and there is no way out of it anymore other than just returning to the work that caused me to almost kill myself.

I can't handle it anymore... I want to scream and cry, but my eyes and lips are sewn shut.
