Last Monday, I suffered a panic attack for the 1st time in my life while at work. My whole body almost completely shut down and I almost collapsed at work. The following day, I got myself checked up by a doctor and I've carefully been taking care of myself. I've been told that allergies may have caused the incident to occur, but I do not know for sure at this time. later next week, I'll be getting blood work done and will be taking an easy on my end for a little while.
