Starting to workout at home

If you've been following me on instagram or Blue sky. I've been talking working out
I can do 80 reps in total (10 each set and break repeat )
Biceps, Triceps and overhead curls (80 reps in total and 20 each set and break)
Squats (80 reps and 10 each set and break)
I do a lot stretching of my arms and back and hips etc.. before and after
Now I am adding sit-ups and pushups and I want to buy a small smoothie maker to make them at home and eat more healthy. I've been inspired by Cheetahpaws (one day I could meet and we become BFs)
It will be easier now that fasting is over.
