Has anyone else felt like this holiday has run it's course? With how little we already trust each other, plus how assholish people can be normally, on top of how many of us already expect the "pranks" before they even happen, it just doesn't have the impact it used to have.

I agree totally, I have seen some very reprehensible behavior done in the name of this holiday. Hell I've seen people lose friendships over some "pranks" that were done to them. I always try to be serious on this day since everyone seems to use it as an excuse to act like jackasses.
