Just keep at it and take things step by step. Ironically I think similarly about my own art, I really do get the feeling, but it gets better. You got this. :)
I know how you feel, and it’s a big pain, especially when you see others posting their stuff and they aren’t good either but they’re super proud of it and their confidence is through the roof, and you just look at yours and you think why am I so mean to myself, I’m not bad at this, I just need to get better,
It’s hard when you’re your own biggest critic, because you want todo better but you keep pushing yourself down, I have a picture in my sketchbook that’s crossed out and “who the fuck let me draw” written under it
I can barely improve at all. The style i have fucking sucks. I have had people shade and color my stuff before and they did as well as they could with the pieces of crap i make. I have a precious friend trying to teach me how he draws since his are amazingly better than mine. So trying to merge or imitate what i can will help more than whatever the fuck i am doing.
That feeling I find, is when you can see your own flaws. It's good that it motivates you to do better, instead of just getting stuck! Mistakes into opportunity. I believe in you.
