Echo and I have had a real doozy of a couple months. Busy, taking on new obligations, trying to get back into the studio, then I got hit with one of the worst PMDD episodes of my life and NOW we're BOTH dealing with being sick (candida yeast overgrowth + subsequent kick-your-ass die-off). I'm tired.
