Workout Progress With A Catch

So yeah, I ended up joining Planet Fitness for my workouts and I honestly do feel like it’ll be very helpful to my progress. Lots of cable weight machines, free weights, cardio equipment and a spa for the black card members! (Highly recommend the hydro massage!). However, I am not getting anywhere near the amount of sleep that I need or want. Often times Falling asleep at my laptop in positions that are -horrible- for my body. I wake up in pain, numb limbs and just overall fatigued. I guess it’s some sort of progress….? But what havoc are these sore areas wreaking on my body…?
