The jurisdiction of physical server hosting is always gonna be the gray area. And it’ll ultimately fall on the owner’s responsibility. I don’t envy anyone that would willing put that risk up and jump through those hoops haha.

I was really upset about IB's admin's response to my concerns about Damien's creation that was eerily like Neo. That already put a bad taste in my mouth.

But man, once I read Skoon's journal a bit, I was like "y'kno what? I don't really need this space at all!" So I thought it would be a good idea to try and dust off the ole FA

I am so miffed at the situation over there... There are just too many bigots for me to justify keeping an account over there. Too many bad and gross people that are allowed just because 'lol just block them' philosophy... That's how you get cesspools... The horrible people will chase away customers for artists, or artists themselves, so no one wants to associate with the site... The only reason I think half of the people there are there is the cub allowance...

I switched when FA doubled down on ALL abdl content which has gotten better. The distinction between content exists for a reason as well so anything too spicy for here I think I’ll just hafta put on e6 or somethin.

I'm going to be careful what I upload here for sure, but I plan on setting all my submissions on IB to friends only and only vetting people who I want to see the collection there. Or just like, delete everything... I'm not entire sure yet

In hindsight, I'm coming to realize we're better off being careful with what we upload and have a nicely curated art site, than let it devolve into what IB turned into... Specially with admins like that.
