A few years ago I commissioned art with a friend, whom at the time I didn't realize had effectively stolen another person's whole persona. When I did discover it I confronted them about it to which they lied and claimed it belonged to them. The internet being the internet I didn't have much to go on in the way of proof, until fast forward 2 years later. The original owner of the account & OC contacted me, to which I provided my side and relevant details. See their journal below.
