They took 3 ych commissions from me in December 2022 and have not made any progress on any of them.
They have had poor communication with me and are now actively ignoring me.
They are on FA daily asking for new commissions but are not making any progress on owed work.

This is exactly why I don't touch YCH shit. Its far too often done with a focus of churning out quantity by people looking to make cash.
