Following a long period of unstable behaviour and actions on our behalf, we've decided to enlist the help of a behavioural coach to help us hopefully find a better version of ourself over time.
While we won't be disclosing the precise circumstances behind this, we do admit that we've been putting off looking for help for way too long.
We felt that those following us here deserved to at least be aware of this.
