iPad Dead – Temporary Hiatus Notice + Explanation otice.

To all my gems-
Just a quick update to let you know what’s going on.
My iPad Pro, which I use for all my artwork and commissions, had been giving me issues for a while—and now it’s officially dead. I took it to a trusted Apple repair shop, and they told me the only way to recover my files would be to pay around 4,000 ZAR (roughly $200+), and the files can only be transferred onto another iPad—which I currently don’t have.
That means I’m unable to take on commissions or continue working until I’m able to save up for a new iPad. I’m planning to buy it directly from Apple with iCare+ theft protection, because buying secondhand here in Cape Town is extremely risky. It’s just not worth the chance of getting mugged or having money stolen.
To my past and future commissioners: I’ll be on a short hiatus until I can get back on my feet. Any refunds or partial refunds owed will still be sent outI really appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding.
Art and commissions have been a big part of my life and a vital source of income. I’m working hard to save up and return as soon as possible.

It's worth spreading the word. You are a fine artist and I wish you could get on with your work sooner rather than later
Received a cheap secondhand Wacom from a friend just need to install clip studio paint. And relearn how to draw on the pad and look at the screen T^T
