Check out what was said in this press conference with Nayib Bukele of El Salvador, Trump, Pam Bondi, Marco Rubio, and Stephen Miller about whether Kilmar Abrego Garcia can and should be returned to the US.
It's all a pack of lies and purposeful deception. Despite having admitted that he'd been deported due to an "Administrative error". Trump and Bukele mock the court, claiming that this is out of their control. Nothing has been proven regarding his being involved with MS 13, as Trump's pals claim. He has no criminal record, he's a father, and in a unanimous decision, the Supreme Court has ordered that he be returned. This is just jaw dropping to listen to.
It's also extremely cruel, but that's the point. This is being used to spread terror. Trump has said that he'd like to deport US citizens, or "homegrowns", despite that being unconstitutional. But hey, what's to stop him? Just disappear them off the streets and send them off to El Salvador, and they "Can't be returned". Don't think this couldn't happen to you.
Meanwhile, Paula Xinis, the judge in the case, said today that she's considering contempt of court charges for the administration for not providing requested documents or bringing him back.
I'd say that we're now officially in a constitutional crisis.

Bukele mockingly said "Now that he’s been confirmed healthy, he gets the honor of staying in El Salvador’s custody.” Bukele also wrote, “Kilmar Abrego Garcia, miraculously risen from the ‘death camps’ & ‘torture’, now sipping margaritas with Sen. Van Hollen in the tropical paradise of El Salvador!”
