This individual poses as an artist and claims that the actual winner of a commission is a ghost bidder. They then approach potential victims, stating that their bid is the highest, and try to collect payment through Discord.

Key Details:
- Scammer's Discord Username: inkbleederwolfarts
- PayPal Account Used: Hiroral244[at]mobilesm.com

Scam Tactics:
- They request payments via PayPal under the "Friends and Family" option, which cannot be refunded.
- The scammer frequently changes their avatar and username to new artist and continues to reach out to new potential victims.
