FurAffinity Staff gave me a strike!? I need some advice.

Thoughts, and various mad ramblings.
This post is not a personal attack on anyone but a statement of fact followed by a question. I'm being very careful not to violate any rules, in spite of my mounting frustration...
For context: I posted a journal about an artist who had a meltdown over me asking how they were doing and that artist then robbed me of $40. That was far less painful than the personal insults I received from said artist, in Discord and here. My journal was posted solely to warn others, and I'm paraphrasing myself, "hey, this artist is a tad unstable and ripped me off. To the 4 people who watch my page, you might want to steer clear of them, for your sake."
Today, I logged on to check on another friend of mine only to see a message by FA staff saying the journal was deleted for harassment... I am the victim, and FA staff seemingly ignored my email about the situation, an email address I attained from this website as I searched for how to make reports and complaints. I in no way, shape or form called for any direct action against the offender in my previous post, though I did call them out for their actions. My journal post was the equivalent of a wet floor sign for other people I know who buy art as much as I do, because I genuinely care about them even if I don't know them personally. Also, it feels good to vent sometimes. I'll admit that.
If FA staff took any action against the offending party, however mild, it would have been nice if they had replied to my email or messaged me here so I knew that I wasn't being ignored or worse, unfairly and unjustly harassed by both FA staff and said offending party, which is what it feels like at this moment in time. Instead, I am left with the unfortunate impression that I was ignored and then harassed by the ruling body for the sake of not wanting to be silent about being victimized. That may or may not be true, but with zero communication from the staff I have no way of knowing.
Again, I am not harassing or targeting anyone, not even the FA staff who erased my previous journal and gave me a strike, and I did not name said offending party in this journal as I did in the previous, nor am I calling out any of the staff. This is a contextual explanation leading to these questions...
Does anyone know a different place to put in tickets/reports besides the email I used? It seems to me that they either didn't read my initial email or it got lost in the pile. If they did read it than they didn't tell me about it. Is that normal for FA staff, to keep people out of the loop? I've never had to file any complaints before.
I'd like to resolve this without making a further deal out of it, but it admittedly leaves a very bad taste in my mouth when I'm told to just be quiet and take it. That's the definition of injustice.

Artists have ripped me off before, but none have ever mocked me after the fact.
You know, I have never tried emailing them to report an issue so I'm unsure how that side of support works! But to submit a ticket, it should be right under the "support" tab and you can report a problem from there. I would include any notes or screenshots of the situation for additional proof.
I believe you can also escalate a problem or dispute staff decisions from there!
