Hello my floofs, I hope you're all doing well.

Now I have a question for anyone who paid through hipolink before. So, I'm trying to commission an artist I assume they are from Russia. I tried using hipolink to pay them linked one of my debit cards and I keep getting errors. I'm not the only one having this problem, right? It says it's got a paypal option, but the problem is I don't have a paypal card. If anyone can help me out, I'd greatly appreciate it. I just wanna know if it's just me or if others are having the same issue.
