...has revealed themselves!
GANGLYON CYSTS! one on my left forearm and one in my right.
Inflammation has gone down far enough that they can now move around a bit.
Thankfully the stuff I've been doing to help with my digestive system and stress management works for these too from what I researched .3.;

I'm actively doing a lot of stuff to get them to shrink.
The right forearm got injured when I was trying to draw with an arm brace because ironically I wanted to avoid carpal tunnel...
the left one injured when I overworked it at work to let the right on rest, bad posture when using a regular ass PC mouse did it in.
