Dravers and Game world Q&A
So with FA still not fully functioning for who knows how long I figured I would try something in the meantime and let people ask questions about Dravers or the tabletop game world (and it's characters) and I'll see if I can answer them directly or create a pose in Hero Forge to answer them later.
Could be interesting for me to see if I've forgot to mention something or need to go into more detail. Some feedback would also be appreciated ofcourse as long as it's constructive.
I don't think I'll put any characters off-limits for questions at the moment, but I will adjust that if needed.
Also speaking of Hero Forge, it's just the gift that keeps on giving for me, they just added some preset body types (which sadly don't really work on anthro and taur lower bodies.) I have not yet used the presets for anything new but I have started working on something about the Amazons, and once FA works properly again I have two or three more races to post.
So yeah, stay tuned for that I guess, and ask away. :)

* Do the inhabitants believe in a flat planet or spherical planet?
* Do the inhabitants have a geocentric or helocentric view of the solar system?
* Is there the concept of resources being finite?
to answer the first two questions, it depends on who is asked but most races know that Eidon is a sphere and believe that there are other worlds out there created by the Goddesses before they created Eidon and placed the moons. Some of the more primitive or isolated races may have some different views, particularly if they worship the sun and/or the moons believing them to be center of the universe.
As for resources being finite the world population does not compare to ours so there are still plenty resources left, but as mines have run empty and some materials being pretty rare and hard to come by there is a realisation that resources can run out. Forests are often managed to balance the need for wood and sustaining the forest, and resource management is especially important to the Vossen from the islands in the sea of mists which is why they have very few buildings and carve most of their homes into the mountains, only clan leaders have the privelidge of building their own home which also doubles as a clan gathering space. The Lipane and those with a high magical ability can summon or transmute basic materials, but this requires a lot of energy so this is done sparingly. As for where the summoned materials come from, they are pulled from the elemental planes and there is a limited quantity that can be pulled from them every day, so for example to summon enough stone to build a small home you would need a small army of highly skilled mages to create the materials over the course of several days, this is so taxing on their magic that they would only be able to do this a few times per year so it's reserved for emergencies or to stock some more rare materials for special construction projects. A novice would not be able to do this but they may at most summon a few pebbles or stones, larger rocks can be summoned as earth spells costign way less magic and those projectiles vanish back to the elemental plane they were called from after a short time.
