I'm in a difficult situation the moment where the postal company i use is refusing to refund me.

my items never even left the uk, i paid for a service that didn't even get done.
and now i can't even refund it because it says it was "delivered" to the address which it wasn't at all..it was returned back to me.

This has been a huge stress, i literally have 132£ worth of postage (potentially more as i have some items that are being kept in the local post office despite me paying the additional charge to release them)

This has been immensely stressful so If anyone wants to donate to help me out i would be immensely grateful
