Well the demo reel seems to show that the tower defense part game is still normal and it's only in the resource management and exploration parts where sex occurs. I figure sex could be in the tower defense part too, where you put down traps, contraptions and minions along the path to fuck and/or corrupt the religious fanatics into submission. Maybe even have their HP shown instead with how naked/cum covered they are
