Well, 6 months ago I made a note about my hand being broken.
So, I went through the process of rehabilitation, yet the results were futile and now I need another surgery.
I also got diagnosed with PTSD and go to psychotherapy weekly
I am financially destroyed and tbh I just have to admit, it's too much for a single me.
