Always on guard, always vigilant, and can never truly relax because you are afraid somthing will go wrong. That is one of the key symptoms of Generalized Anxiety Disorder, somthing I was diagnosed with a few years ago. So I definitly feel for you. If what you are dealing with comes with panic attacks, do get some outside help. There are ways to manage anxiety.

*giant side hug*. For me a couple days ago I was having the best day ever and then immediately afterwards the next morning it just came crashing down so yeah I can understand.... Ugh

I'm saying that not to make this about me but to explain that sometimes when you have a good day or if you're going long enough without a bad day the bad day will sneak up on you
