A couple things help me out when tagging -- keeping a little text document somewhere in the cloud so I can easily copy/paste groups of tags based on character, kinks, and settings. That way I don't have to burn that much time thinking of each individual one.

Second, is pretty much using PostyBirb - the templates you can set up are helpful for just having a few that have many of the kinks preloaded into them as well as being able to just load up Tag Groups for the specific picture.
