So, as we all expected, the AI slop tsunami has escalated quickly... I've been on DA practically since its inception, and it's so overflowing with duplicative AI garbage that scrolling through submissions is an impossible task.
It's one thing if ONE AI image is posted, after sifting through the dreck to find the best-fit for the idea. But these bots are posting HUNDREDS of VIRTUALLY THE SAME IMAGE, with hardly any modifications. And, they usually have so many tags that don't match the image that all manner of searches bring them up. So, it renders the gallery totally useless.
So, it's yet another example of why AI is BAD!

There should be a lot less ai art on the site. I do have a few ai images but I don't flood my page with them, like a lot of other users. It's infuriating just to do something like search for some fanart of something you like there just to see ai posts everywhere.

If they want to allow it, then they need to put a posting limit for each account. No REAL artist can actually produce 100 pics a day!
