-A Coffee Shop floating in the middle of the space.
-A Restaurant on a rock at the end of time itself.

Usually attended by single person. That person is pretty chill because clearly they're some sort god or extraordinary being, or someone who's lived for an eternity and has seen everything. But of course they're also ordinary-looking. A waitress. A guy in a suit. Someone to share the universe's secrets. Vaguely.
