Not so long ago he was taken a bit back, but he's still there. We do have calls with him here and there, he's OK-ish, but with changing the position they are in the house without water and gas so that sucks. But yeah. He's alive

It was reported recently that Russia has surpassed 1 million casualties in Ukraine, and that the Russian economy has been almost completely devoted to the making of war. I don't share your optimism that the war will be over soon, sadly. Putin is a warmonger and a brute who thinks nothing for the lives of his own people, and even less for the lives of Ukrainians, and the Russian people meekly accept whatever fate their Tsar has decided for them.
