My professor at my online college has been very vocal about this. She said " when there is an American citizen falsely arrested for bull flop. She has been taking notice of the fake ice agents arresting people with no due process and I my self heard no miranda rights read to anyone of them. She said the trump white house administration should be arrested along with christy noem for illegal acts up on American citizens... Trump calling the national guard in California under any law has no authority to do that my professor said. She said only if California asks for that help which they don't need them... The trump administration is using the insurrection act to send these national guard troops which is still illegal and can't be used unless there is true insurrection happening. This piece of felon scum does not know what he is doing at all. My professor is saying he has no ground to send in the national guard troops at all.

The people from these various agencies arresting people on the streets and in raids aren't fake, they're very real. And you wouldn't necessarily see anyone arrested recieve a Miranda warning, that's only supposed to happen when you're being interrogated, so you wouldn't necessarily see that.

Drumpf is just trying to stir shit up and escalate things. Hegseth is threatening to send in the Marines, which is even more inflammatory, and would create a REAL problem.

Well that's your opinion but the things I've seen say different and the police that were there read the miranda rights to 2 people and that's it. Which led to more arrests by the police not the ice agents the ice agents all ran like little b#@ches... And my surgery was complicated and I still have this stupid spinal infection...but it is getting better slowly at least I'm healing up.
