Would anyone be interested in a story commission?

Wow, what's it been? 8 years apparently since I did commissions for stories. I'm thinking about opening commissions once more, at least one to give it a try and get the writing gears going. Anything from SFW to NSFW but I wonder if anyone would be interested in that? Based upon the changing economic times, and seeing other writer rates I would set mine at 0.03 USD per word. So, see below for how much it would cost based on how many thousand words you would like.
1000 words = 30 USD
5000 words = 150 USD
10,000 words = 300 USD

1. Price can refer to the main journal.
2. Payment is done via Paypal invoice system.
3. Content for writing can be SFW or NSFW. Content that I can't do are gore, non-consensual sex, scat, and any sexual acts with characters below the age of 18. So far I've done mainly growth, muscle growth stories. I do like stories with world building.
4. Place an order by DMing a suggested plot, and all relevant information on the characters, settings and specific scenes you wish to see. The plot will be discussed before an order is finalized.
5. Both the commissioner and I have the right to post the story on our respective social media websites like FA, Sofurry and etc.
6. The payment format is a 50-50 split, half at start and half upon completion.
7. Timeframe is unspecified, but you will receive an update at quarter and halfway done.
