So...This is definitely by far much smaller and less life altering than other posts I see here on FA and I almost feel bad for posting this. But it seems, I have a bit of a... problem with my PC. My headphone jack is completely dead. How do I know? My Desktop has a headphone and microphone jack. And only ONE of these things is still being recognized by my windows computer in the Devices and Printers area. I've checked in Device manager, nothing, in sound settings, nothing...And yet when I plug it into the microphone jack it seems to be picked up JUST fine so I know it isn't the headset. It's the cables in my tower that are kind of attached to the shell and not the MOBO itself so it's not so simple as replacing it...

So my options are thus...I need to either buy a USB headset which...I'd rather not but...my other choice is to buy a Bluetooth headset and those are much more expensive. Either way...I'm likely going to need a bit of help grabbing either. So...If you feel like helping out, even a tiny bit, my Patreon is right here...as is my Ko-fi. Part of what I do on the daily is livestreaming, so a working headset is most definitely a necessity for some of the things I do.
