i work at a cleaning company, we do specialty carpet cleaning all across the minnesota and into parts of wisconson and iowa. while out on assignment tonight, we came across this

on the way to the job. I have no idea what it is. it doesn't look like a bar, all the windows are blacked out and there are no signs to tell what it is. Anyone out in or near Sherburn Iowa who can tell me why a quiet little town has a bust of a cartoon furry on the side of a local building downtown? my curiosity is killing me!
