Scammer's accountname is "lalupine", they will pretend to be Neko and inquire about your YCH, going through the whole commission form routine (so they seem to know the way ZombiNeko writes), before pretending Paypal won't let them send invoices.
Afterwards they suggest simply sending the money as "friends and family". NEVER, EVER DO THIS.

Nearly fell for them myself, thankfully insisted on sending money through products-and-services and thus could force them to refund, but... ye, be more informed than me and more clever!
