So it is nothing bad, it is a sort of art competition where the two teams try to compete against each other. So one team's artist will make art of one of the characters of one of the other team's artists, then that artist will need to respond and do it towards someone on the opposing team.

So Team A makes art for someone on Team B, then Team B makes for someone on Team A, etc
