It has come to my attention that Mikayla Raines, the founder of the Minnesota based organization, The SaveaFox Foundation has passed away. Unfortunately she was a victim of cruel trolling by people spreading false rumors about her and her organization. I also learned that she was on the autism spectrum and also suffered depression. She spent her entire life rescuing up to 500 foxes from a fur farm. Her videos on YouTube has always put a smile on my face when see her interacting with Finnegan, Dixie, Muttias, Vixie and many many other foxes. She also have taken care of so many different animals. It really breaks my heart to hear that her life cut tragically short, due to mental strain and cyber bullying. My heart goes out to her widow husband and her daughter.
