its not the most spectacular apartment, and its $150/month more
But my application has been approved and they'll have the lease and every thing ready to go at the end of the month
It's pet friendly, its in a better location
It's not perfect and its another upstairs apartment, But it'll at least hold till I can find the perfect place in a better city.
I'll just have to work a little harder from here on.
now i just need to pool together $1500 by the 14th of July!
won't be too hard cause i already have 500 of it!
(they're also willing to only charge half a month if the 14th)
