📱 Features

- The app fully embraces FA's Display Names update: Notes tab, Notes, User pages, shouts and comments now show both the Display Name and the user's static name, to better let you know who you're actually interacting with
- The app now allows sending notes, either from the revamped Notes tab, when viewing a Note or from a user's page
- The Notes tab now allows switching between your Inbox or Sent notes
- The Notes tab gets a new filter control to only display unread notes
- The toolbar is widely revisited with many more actions available from the top right icon:
-- most pages now have a Share Link action
-- submission pages also get a Favorite, Save Image, Share Image and Reply actions
-- user pages get a Watch and Send a Note actions
-- notes get a Reply action
-- Notes tab gets Inbox, Sent and Send a Note actions

📦 Miscellaneous

- User page design is slightly revisited
- Tapping a user icon in the Notes tab now opens the user's page
- Error reporting has been improved: if posting a comment or sending a note fails, an alert gives a more useful error description
- Reading a note now immediately marks it as read in the app
