Hi Wilhelm, im sorry to hear you're having trouble with patronage 😥 seems lots of people recently have been down-sizing because of economic concerns, hope things get better soon ~
Regarding ideas for Patreon:
1) member-only discord access for space to chat with the artist, maybe offer monthly history lesson with Professor Willy when you or patrons pick a topic and schedule a time everyone can be live and you chat with members about X society.
2) member-only monthly art poll; artist lists 3 or 4 ideas they want to draw but members vote to choose which one, then artist shares final piece publicly.
3) exclusive, priority luxury commission slot; only 1-2-3 per year and very high price but could be good for comics or fully-rendered pieces with complex backgrounds.
4) merchandise - this might be more challenging since you're not in the US, but light-weight products such as stickers ( maybe showcasing historical flags held by a furry soldier or model ) or limited edition Willy face enamel pins could keep shipping costs low.
5) telegram / discord sticker sets - posting one-time purchase options like telegram or discord sticker packs based on various historical periods or cultures or fursona species could be appealing to fans who cant commit to a monthly subscription (fyi, kofi might also be an alternate option for this support format, but im not sure if its supported in SK).
6) zines - i saw a 5 page comic/zine once where a guy explained the basics of hangul; you could release a multi-page publication on various languages or historical societies, either as a repeating subscription release or as a one-time purchase (i for one would LOVE a short comic where i could learn hangul with Gim Impyeong 🦊🇰🇷 ).
7) youtube series - this would be a big project and harder to monetize but a series of roughly 5-minute summary of various figures, places, events, or artifacts based around a theme could help bring both history and furry to a wider audience; the editing would be a big obstacle but even without animation if there is beautiful art and license-free music (and i would be honored to record and provide English narration 😉) then it can still be entertaining, like the 'extra history' channel on youtube. I'm actually working on a serial story where a central character (a cream-coloured wolfess) is of Byzantine origin. Query: do you (still?) draw Byzantine based characters? That does have an effect on the level of support I might give on Patreon.
