So, of previous, I've managed to join up with a sim racing group that's quite a good bit of racing fans who's very much all about the sport and all about enjoying the idea of endurance racing! And to further add to it, we've opted to host up an event on iRacing in the form of a throwback to the previously retro (fuckin' hell, would this be considered that now since we're looking back towards 2016 already?) era of Le Mans racing where we have the monstrous Le Mans Prototype class 1 (LMP1) cars that have nearly a 2 second 0-60 time, the open cockpit LMP2 cars, and the crazy Grand Touring Endurance (GTE) class of cars! It's an era of endurance racing we're liable to never see again, and to celebrate it and to have a bit of fun with it, we're throwing a throwback race!
