Streaming! Takin in-streams

It's been over a year since the last one! Needed a break but I think i'm ready to come back to it!
A couple of changes/things to note.
Please remember to keep ideas relatively simple, ensure I don't take forever on a comm X')
I will not be tolerating excessive changes, I made the update to my ToS ages ago on that, but my ToS DOES apply to stream comms as well.
I will be using a wheel to decide the comms tonight! Been wanting to be as fair as possible when taking in-streams, hopefully this works fine X')
