York Beach Meet Hosted By Fennec Fox

Location: Long Sand Beach, York, Maine
Notes:
Join Fedora for our first (but hopefully not last) beach meet of the year! Long Sands is a large beach on the coast of York, Maine. The shore here offers both sandy areas that are great for sunbathing or swimming and rocky areas that are great for tide pooling and sometimes snorkeling in deeper areas. For parking, the beach has meters or park in one of the parking lots at York High School for free; it’s just a short walk from the beach! We will likely set up on the southern sandy part of the beach, not too far from the rocks (will post a picture the day of the meet once set up in a spot). For food, there is a restaurant called Sun & Surf as well as a few other places around that have snacks and drinks. We hope to see you there. If the event does well, we can consider hosting more of these in the future! This event will last until 4 pm (or later if people wish to stay longer). If rain is expected, we will set up a new date
Brewer Riverwalk Meet hosted by

Usually, we just hang around the riverwalk, play games, go for a walk, and people can bring finger foods if they wish. We’re thinking about trying dining at High Tide, a seafood place next door. If you have any further questions ask
