My Anxiety

I don't know if this helps but I do want to get it out of my chest, to anyone that knows or may not know that I have a lot of anxiety. The cause of it is when COVID first started but mostly is my childhood trauma, being sexually abused by some guy who used with one of my family members I thought he was part of the family and had no idea it was happening till I went to therapy some time ago, I'm not good at communicating but I am trying my best and playing videogames helps me keep me at ease.
Of course hanging out with friends, family and hanging out or being around by other people I know I can trust like BabbstheGoat
helps too, I also don't have a good memory and my brain is slow but I always do my best by keep being the nicest person I can be and avoid anything that could cause me to shut down and falling in depression and anything else, It's really so difficult to think straight with all this anxiety I've been dealing with for years.
