Usually something out of my rice cooker. Rice or macaroni. Some buttered noodles is a relatively quick and easy snack

Seasoned boneless porkchops.

I like making fried rice, not quite so quick because you have to prepare the rice ahead of time, but the recipe itself is simple and easy to remember.

I cook a lot of stuff with rice, love the rice cooker. Guilty pleasure though is straight up hot dogs

Its not super quick because of chopping the veggies, but, it's homemade nachos.

Egg lightly fried in butter, optionally with something added like chunks of meat if available.
it is not allowed to burn in any way so it's done very quickly, just after the egg white sets, the yolk may remain fluid and is desirable as such.
It just doesn't fail, what else could I want

Alternatively hotdog sausages microwaved until slightly roasted, I get quality ones so it's pretty good. This may be mixed with egg or some kind of cheese.

Mine are quesadillas and scrambled eggs

Professionally: Cheese and bean quesadilla

Personally: one fork, a pop-top can of (aquatic animal) and a Coke a Cola.
It soothes my soul.

Spaghetti with extra spicy tomatoe sauce-

I basically get all kinds of spicy things I can get from chili sauce to spicy peppers etc and mix that all into a fix tomatoe sauce to thenn put on my spaghetti

Quesadilla always hits the spot

Air Fryer meals or some kind of pasta dish

Quesadillas.

Cheap grocery-store ramen with a can of some kind of veggie and whatever random things sound good. (can of chili, beefaroni, chowder, etc, or condiments, leftovers, most anything)

Lately I've been making a pasta salad with

-Whatever greens you like
-Shell pasta
-Pesto
-Mayo (I like kewpie mayo)
-Lemon/lemon juice
-Black Pepper
-Parmesan

Make your pasta, strain, add pesto, just a little bit of the mayo, lemon juice, pepper. Toss it until the noodles are coated, then add the greens and parm. You can also throw on whatever else you like, cucumber, tomato, croutons. I've usually eaten it on its own but I think it would go really nice with some salmon
