wolf spiders. glad a lot of ppls arachnophobia has gotten better due to the jumping spider zeitgeist but jumpers are the gateway spider and i need more people looking at a wolf spiders huuuuge goofy chelicerae and going Awwww so cutes
yeeesssss ranchulas too. i think their dinky little eyes are the best way to win someone over. like after they realize every tarantula looks 1:1 like a shy goofy teddy bear they will be smitten forever
Seagulls! I love how territorial they are about the most useless things. There was some empty spot in a giant parking lot that one seagull just posted up at and would bark at anyone and anything that got close to its zone. There was NOTHING there. Just the seagull. I watched him do this for like a half hour while I ate my food. Adorable.
Again, I think you missed the point of this journal. I'm not interested in continuing this conversation because I was just trying to have fun like everyone else.
The rats infesting the shop I work at, some of them are pretty big, and very bold. When I was injured late last year and given light duty looking after the tool room I'd leave crackers on the floor at the other end of the room, they'd dart out and pick at them, I could hear them crunching away from 25' away with the radio playing on my desk.
But naw, maybe spiders? It's hard for me to be scared of them any more unless they're schmongous. Otherwise they're just crawly little guys that eat bugs!
I once came on a turkey vulture nest while I was out hiking. There was a chick there who was a little white fluffball who hissed and spit at me when he noticed me. Definitely cute.
To each their own...
Do you even have a sense of humor?
Don't understand why nobody else but me thinks that.
