- You are responsible for providing me with all necessary details needed to complete your commission.
- You can request that I do not publish your commission.
- You retain the right to upload your commissioned art anywhere with proper credit.
- You are not allowed to edit, trace, modify, or claim my work as your own.
- You retain the right to cancel your commission at any time, for any reason.
- You are not allowed to use my art for non-fungible-tokens.
- You are not allowed to use my art for AI image generation.

- I retain the right to decline a commission.
- I retain the right to cancel a commission at any time, for any reason.
- I own the copyright to all of my work.
- I retain the right to use any art I create in advertising my portfolio.
- I retain the right to blacklist clients that break these terms.

Payments
- Work begins when full payment is received.
- Paypal

Refunds
- No refunds unless it is an extraordinary situation.

Change Requests
- If major changes are required after the review, there will be an extra charge.
