Just a lurker - but I think there's a program https://www.postybirb.com/ that allows you to post to all websites at the same time, it may be helpful if you haven't heard aboot it before.

tbh i was stubborn for so many years but honestly i’ll probably just get it and set it up, it wasn’t the first time i was suggested to check it out, that scheduled posting feature could really help out.
